It applies to customers who have purchased solutions directly from S.I.N. or its authorized national distributors, and who perform treatment and surgery within Brazilian territory. *

For how long is S.I.N.’s warranty policy valid?

The Warranty Policy becomes effective on the date of publication and remains in effect indefinitely, subject to changes by S.I.N. *

Does S.I.N.’s warranty cover losses and damages resulting from the use of its products?

S.I.N. guarantees only the replacement of its products. It does not cover any type of service or costs related to treatment, nor is it responsible for any losses and damages incurred by the Implantologist, the Patient, and/or any third parties. *

What are the professional’s responsibilities regarding the warranty of S.I.N. products?

It is crucial to follow the product usage instructions, correctly fill out the Warranty Form, and provide all necessary documentation to activate the warranty. *

What are the limitations of S.I.N.’s Warranty Policy?

It does not apply to situations such as improper use of the products, damages caused by third parties, failures in treatment execution by the professional, among other specified cases, as per the rules. *

What is the evaluation period?

S.I.N. will conclude the product evaluation within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the Warranty Form and necessary documentation. If a manufacturing defect is found, S.I.N. will proceed with product replacement according to the rules.*

What is the warranty period?

It varies depending on the type of solution. Dental implants have a lifetime warranty, while components on implants have a five-year warranty.

What are the requirements to activate the warranty for S.I.N. solutions?

Dental implants and solutions that exhibit defects, deformities, breakages, or irregularities are guaranteed free replacement of the part, subject to the conditions outlined in the Lifetime Warranty Agreement.
