Submitting your case is quick and easy.
Follow the step-by-step instructions, attach your materials, and you’re done! Your case will go to our Research & Development Department for review.
How to structure your clinical case
1. Recommended format:
- Case title
- Brief introduction: context and main complaint
- Treatment plan: objectives and chosen approach
- Patient file (anonymized): age, gender, relevant clinical history
2. Visual documentation: the power of images
Good photos make all the difference. Some quick tips:
- Use a decent camera or smartphone with good lighting (a ring light helps!)
- Keep the area visible: cheek retractors are a great help
- Use a dark background to highlight the oral region
- Take multiple angles: front, side, occlusal
- Ensure good lighting and focus: avoid shadows and blurry shots
- Name files clearly and logically
3. Recommended visual stages:
- Pre-operative photos with description of initial condition
- Initial X-rays/CT scans with analysis
- Step-by-step transoperative images
- Provisionalization (if applicable)
- Prosthetic phase with installation images
- Final result highlighting the transformation
Each image should include a clear caption. Edit only for brightness/contrast — never alter clinical accuracy.
Highlight the S.I.N. solutions used
It’s essential to mention the S.I.N. dental implants and materials used:
- Implants: model, diameter, length
- Prosthetic components: specifications
- Other materials: grafts, biomaterials, etc.
This shows how our solutions perform in real cases.
Technical curation
All cases are reviewed by our R&D team to ensure:
- Information clarity
- Ethical compliance
- Scientific and didactic quality
If needed, we’ll contact you for adjustments. Our goal is to present your work in the best possible way.
Don’t forget to introduce yourself!
Include the following:
- Full name
- Main specialty (e.g., Implantology, Prosthetics, Aesthetics)
- City and/or institution where you work
A short profile (up to 5 lines) helps give context and highlight the professional behind the case.
Final checklist before sending:
- Informed consent (ICF) from the patient
- Full data anonymization
- Files in accepted formats (JPG, PDF, DOCX)
- Full content review
