The tour is open to students, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, customers, and the general public interested in learning about our production process. Visitors under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Yes! The visit to S.I.N.’s Fantastic Factory is completely free, subject to prior scheduling and email confirmation.

We offer tours in Portuguese, English, and Spanish upon request at the time of booking.
The visit lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, covering all the main areas of the factory.
It is mandatory to wear: long pants, a short- or long-sleeved shirt, and closed-toe shoes without heels.
For safety and confidentiality reasons, taking photos or filming is not allowed in some areas of the factory. Our team will indicate the permitted areas for photos.
Yes! Our facilities are equipped to receive visitors with reduced mobility or special needs. Please indicate this requirement in the booking form.
